Personal Data Protection & Compliance in Argentina
We support foreign and local businesses to ensure practical compliance while keeping operations smooth and secure.
Why Comply with Argentina’s Data Privacy Law?
Argentina has one of the strongest personal data protection frameworks in Latin America and is recognized by the EU as providing an adequate level of protection. Companies operating in Argentina must adapt their processes to local rules to avoid fines, reputational risks and operational setbacks.
