The Argentinian National Institute of Industrial Property (INPI) is the government agency responsible of granting industrial property rights in said country, including trademarks, patents, and industrial designs.
Recently, INPI has decided that it will apply raises to official fees (Resolution INPI N° P-351/23). Read more below
New increase on Industrial Property rights official fees
- The increase takes effect from 1st December 2023
- The increase will be between 150% and 400%.
Fees for filing new trademarks and patents in Argentina
Find below some new fees compared to the previously applicable ones:
-Filing trademark application for registration in on class: U$S 19 (until November 30th 2023) U$S 49 (As of December 1st 2023).
-Filing trademark application for renewal in one class: U$S 24 (until November 30th 2023) U$S 97 (As of December 1st 2023).
– Filing patent application for registration (Up to 10 (ten) claims): U$S 53 (until November 30th 2023) U$S 131,32 (As December 1st 2023).
