Natalia Safran

Natalia Safran is an attorney (Universidad Católica Argentina), certified IP agent (Registration No. 2551), and holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation from Universidad de San Andrés. She has extensive experience in intellectual property and data privacy matters.

Throughout her career, she worked at top-tier law firms in Argentina — including Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi — and served as an Intellectual Property Portfolio Manager at One IP International in Sydney, Australia.

She currently teaches “Contracts and Intellectual Property” in the Digital Business program at Universidad de San Andrés, “Digital Assets, IP and Intangible Management” at Universidad del Museo Social Argentino, and the course “Intangible Asset Protection for the Software Industry” at the Argentine Society of Informatics (SADIO).

Natalia has also been a guest lecturer in the Diploma in Law and Technology at UADE, a panelist at the Law & Technology Observatory at UMSA, and a moderator at the Latin American Intellectual Property and Innovation Conference (IPILA) at Universidad de San Andrés.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF), the International Trademark Association (INTA), an active member of the Argentine Association of IP Agents (AAAPI), and an affiliated researcher at the Center for Intellectual Property and Innovation (CPINN) at Universidad de San Andrés.
