Pablo Iannello

Pablo Iannello is an attorney who graduated from the University of Buenos Aires and holds a Master’s degree in Law and Economics from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. Since 2006, he has worked as Of Counsel for various law firms, advising on Intellectual Property, Law and Technology, Antitrust Law, and International Economic Law.
He has an extensive academic background. He serves as Director of the Intellectual Property and Emerging Technologies Law Program at the University of Dayton School of Law (Ohio, USA), where he is also an adjunct professor. In addition, he teaches in the Patent X program, jointly offered by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and Harvard Law School.
In Argentina, he teaches in the UdeSA–WIPO Master’s Program in Intellectual Property at Universidad de San Andrés, and in the Master’s in Law and Economics at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.
He is also a regular professor at Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala, where he teaches courses on Intellectual Property Contracts, Law and Technology, and Startup Law.
Pablo has published several books and articles in his areas of expertise.
