Azul Alvarez

Azul Alvarez is an attorney who graduated with honors from the University of Buenos Aires (2007), a certified IP agent (Registration No. 2575), and holds a Master’s degree in Intellectual Property from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (2010). She also completed a Diploma in Law, Technology, and Business from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella (2021).

Throughout her career, she has worked in federal courts specializing in industrial property matters and at prestigious law firms in Argentina.

Azul has participated as a panelist and moderator in various intellectual property events, including: “Use and Registration of Trademarks in Regulated Markets (pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, and tobacco)” at the 34th Annual Conference of AAAPI, “Case Law Analysis” at the 32nd Annual IP Conference (AAAPI), and the workshop “Practical Aspects of Copyright Registration” organized by the same association.

She is a member of the Buenos Aires Bar Association (CPACF) and an active member of the Argentine Association of IP Agents (AAAPI).
